Iberian loin bait field

Noble piece of the Iberian pig. Product made with a selection of Iberian pork loins. It has a very uniform and light cut with a soft texture and aromas. When cut, it presents the marbling of infiltrated fat characteristic of the ham that derives from its quality and origin.
 Its weight is approximately 800 g.
