Punta bodega reserve

It is a piece of Gran Reserva Serrano ham originating in Aragon and with a minimum of 15 months of curing. It has an approximate weight of about 1.85 kg. This piece is the result of crossing with Duroc pig, always selecting the females. Thus, this cross gives the ham infiltration, grain and sweetness to the piece.
